Level Up Mortgage Lending | FHA Loan

Modular Homes + One-Time Close Construction Loans

Modular homes are factory-built in sections, then assembled on your land. A One-Time Close Construction Loan is a perfect fit, covering both the build and permanent mortgage in one closing.

Eligible loan types include VA, FHA, Conventional, and USDA construction loans. Our builder draw system ensures contractors are paid on time, while you maintain control over the design, materials, and features. You'll also save money by combining two closings into one.
